about "H.I.P.S."

Hidden In Plain Sight was originally founded in 2018 when our daughter, Aaliyah, was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy. In the midst of our journey, We recognized the lack of resources available to us when it came to searching for the right therapists, schools, health care, etc. With the strength and time we put into our little ones, no one should have to bear the stress of accessing resources for the betterment of our children. That is what birthed "H.I.P.S". We wanted to create an environment for families of impaired youth to obtain any resource they may need to, not only ensure their child is executing to their fullest potential, but as guardians we have somewhere to feel seen and heard as well.
